Production Timeline


Custom guitar frames are handcrafted to your specifications and require careful attention to detail. All orders require 4–6 weeks for production before they are ready to ship. This timeline ensures the highest quality craftsmanship and precision in every frame we create.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a production confirmation email with an estimated ship date.

Order Processing & Shipping Preparation


Upon completion of production, your frame will be carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and handed off to our third-party shipping partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Carriers


We partner with industry-leading third-party shipping carriers to deliver your frames safely across the continental United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by your destination zip code and the carrier service selected.​

Shipping Costs


Shipping is calculated based on your destination zip code, the weight and dimensions of your frame, and the carrier service selected. Shipping costs are determined at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been placed and confirmed for production.

A shipping cost estimate will be provided during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Packaging & Handling


Custom frames are professionally packaged using protective materials to prevent damage in transit. We take great care in the packaging process; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by carrier mishandling. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.

Delivery


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Signature Required


Depending on the value and shipping method selected, signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or arrange with the carrier for alternate delivery instructions.

International Shipping


At this time, we ship to addresses within the continental United States only. International shipping is not available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

​

  • Damaged in Transit: If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim and will either replace the frame or issue a refund (less non-refundable shipping costs) once the claim is resolved.

  • Lost in Transit: If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and either redeliver or issue a refund (less non-refundable shipping costs) once the claim is resolved.

Returns & Return Shipping


All sales are final due to the customization of each product, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For details on our return process, please refer to our Return Policy.
