Once you submit your request, our designer will follow up by email to review your selections and confirm the details. After confirmation, a 30% deposit is required to begin your custom 2D CAD drawings. Once you approve the final design, we will collect the remaining balance and send your drawings to our craftsmen to begin building your custom-tailored Atelier Mount. Your frame is typically completed and ready to ship within 4–6 weeks from the start of production. Please review our shipping policy and refund policy for additional details.
